We use Evri shipping for domestic (UK) shipments to ship to your home address.

For international shipments we will send your parcel via Royal Mail.

Our order processing times are two working days before shipment.

Our shipping costs includes international customs duties.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

For any items which are faulty, please contact our customer care team at hello@canaryloom.com and we will do everything we can to put it right.

 

Returns Policy:

If you have decided you no longer want your item, we offer 28 day returns policy. 

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
